Various records indicate that Nathan Beach and family may have been in New York in 1753, in WymoningCo, PA in 1769, in ColumbiaCo, PA in 1778 and NorthamptonCo, PA in 1779. He served in the French and Indian War in 1760. Church records indicate that son Nathan and daughter Mabel were baptized in 1764 in Cloverack, Great Barrington, StockbridgeCo, MA by Rev. Roger Viets. Daughter Huldah was baptized at Nobeltown, StockbridgeCo, MA in 1766.

In 1643, John Beach and family were living in New Haven, CT, in 1660 they purchased land on 21 May in Stratford. In 1670 they were found in Wellingford, CT.
